We have had two different and unrelated reasons to use the service of a plumber in the past two years. The first was to install natural gasoline for our new BBQ and the second – a replacement of toilets and taps throughout the house. I just want to say a big thank you for the service I received from your company. I had an emergency with my sump pump and I was treated with courtesy and reassured someone would be out first thing in the morning when I called in the middle of the night. As promised a young man Eric was out first thing and quickly and efficiently changed out the sump pump for a new one and stayed to make sure it was working well. As well he took the time to call back later in the day to make sure all was working as it should. The great thing was there was no price gouging.I will definitely be recommending your company to my friends and family, and should I require plumbing work will call upon your company to come and do that work for me. Our project wasn’t an easy one. We had to deal with a previously poorly designed in-floor heating system, connected to our hot water system. It was inefficient, costly, unsafe and potentially disastrous. Despite the challenge, Piper took on our project. This assignment was far from routine.
